On Thursday 16 April, Foreign Secretary and Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab announced that the current nationwide lock down to curb the impact of coronavirus was to be extended. While no date was given regarding when we can expect restrictions to be lifted, Mr Raab confirmed that it would be for at least three weeks, with the situation due to be reviewed again on 07 May 2020.
At MIGHTY Self Storage, we stand behind our brilliant NHS staff 100% and fully support the measures put in place to help protect their limited resources during this difficult time. We urge all of our customers – old and new – to stay home and stay safe, if they are able to do so.
At this time, our top priority is the health and safety of our staff and our customers. To protect both, we are introducing the following safety measures. These will remain in place at least for the duration of the lock down, but may be extended or amended as we receive more information.
Changes to MIGHTY Self Storage
Until further notice, the MIGHTY Self Storage facility in Leicester will be limiting face to face interactions with customers. Our office will be closed to the public, however, we will still be available to contact by telephone and email.
Our Self Storage facilities are available for emergency access but we ask that customers practice social and physical distancing whilst on the premises. Please remain at least 2 meters away from staff and other customers for their safety, and your own.
Safety and security
While access to the facility is limited for the duration of lock down, you can rest assured that our 24/7 CCTV surveillance will continue to be unaffected. This means that the items you have put into storage will remain completely secure throughout.
We hope that our customers throughout the Leicester area will support this decision, which has not been made lightly. We have taken these measures to protect both staff and customers alike.
For any queries regarding this decision, please call MIGHTY Self Storage today on 0116 3653001.
